General conditions of rent

We put back to you keys: an inventory of fixtures is made in your presence and a check of 400€ pledge is asked you, uncollected, and restores at the end of stay if no damage is noticed in the provided you with apartment..
The made registration is considered only in reception of a copy of this contract filled and signed by your care and accompanied with the amount of the deposit and with a check to part covering set-up fees and membership A.TOU.VERT.'s card.
The amount of the deposit is 30 % rounded off in the superior euro of the price of the rent corresponding to the reserved period.This deposit comes in deduction of the rent which must be settled at your arrival.
After the return of your contract, a letter confirms the dates of arrival and departure, the names and the numbers of your housing environment.
It is presented at your arrival.
The balance of the stay settles the day before the departure in case you used paying services during your stay.
The period of arrival is fixed the next day (before 4 pm) of day foreseen on your booking.
Beyond this period, we arrange freely the housing environment and consider your booking as cancelled (except major case of strength indicated).
In case of premature departure, except case of absolute necessity, no refund will be made.
